Book Swap

Dear Fall Creek Families, 

The 3rd grade Red-tailed Hawk Room will be organizing the Book Swap this year! The Book Swap is when families donate children’s books from home that they are done with and don’t want to keep. Our class collects all these books for one week. Then during the week of June 10, each student will be able to choose a certain amount of books to take home and keep. The number of books each child is able to take home depends on how many books we collect. 

If you can, please donate your gently used children’s books to our cause. Fall Creek’s kids would love your books that are still in good condition, chapter books and picture books. These books should be suitable for children from Pre-K to 5th grade. Book donations will be accepted beginning Tuesday, May 28 through Tuesday, June 4. You can either put your donations in the bin in the lobby or have your child bring them to their classroom and they will be collected there. Thank you in advance for your support!

Donations for the amazing Fall Creek PTA Book Swap will be accepted over the next week!

Check your shelves for gently used children’s books that your child is done with, but other Fall Creek kids will enjoy. All Fall Creek children will be selecting books at the Book Swap during the week of 6/11.

NOTE: We have very few pre-schoolers at Fall Creek (about a dozen) so please don’t take this as an opportunity to rid your household of baby board books! Picture books that will appeal to a wide range of ages & easy readers are always welcome!
