Student Credit Union #5 - Fall Savings Challenge

Fall Creek Student Credit Union - tomorrow, November 4th: 7:40 to 7:55

Week #5 of the student credit union is open tomorrow morning in the gym from 7:40 to 7:55.

Tomorrow is the start of our fall saving challenge.  There are only 6 more credit union Wednesday’s before winter break.  So, if you make at least 4 deposits within the next 6, then you will receive a complimentary dollar coin.  Remember, a deposit can be as little as $0.01.  The goal is to keep making deposits and building good savings habits.

See you in the gym tomorrow. Don’t be late!

Trick or Treat for UNICEF

Dear Fall Creek Community,

Once again this year, we are sending home Trick or Treat for UNICEF boxes with all the students at our school. Participating in this program while you trick-or-treat is optional. However, if you collect some change while collecting candy, it is a real boon to UNICEF, the original “kids helping kids” campaign. UNICEF helps kids all over the world with school supplies, clean water, nutrition, and health care.

Your child will bring home a UNICEF box on Thursday or Friday. Please consider trick or treating to benefit UNICEF on Saturday (Halloween).

Then, simply return the UNICEF box to your child’s teacher on Monday. Soon, we will have an announcement at Friday Program about how much our school has collected for UNICEF this year.

Thank you for your consideration & Happy Halloween!

Week #4 of the student credit union is open tomorrow morning in the gym from 7:40 to 7:55.

Tomorrow is the anniversary of Black Tuesday, the great Wall Street Crash of 1929.  The crash signaled the beginning of the 10-year Great Depression.  You can help prevent another crash and make a deposit in your bank account.  Bring at least $0.01 to depost and continue to save.
